Role Overview
Lead the gymnastics program and align it with organizational goals and athlete development pathways.
Oversee coaching staff, training curricula, safety, and gymnast progression.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term strategic plan for the gymnastics program.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate coaching staff while fostering a positive high-performance culture.
- Provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities to coaches.
- Oversee progressive training curricula for all levels.
- Ensure safety, technical proficiency, and adherence to gymnastics best practices.
- Manage recruitment and retention of talented gymnasts.
- Create progression pathways from introductory levels to elite competition.
Requirements
