About the Role
Bind cake & flower shop in Abu Dhabi is looking for a creative Head Florist to lead the floral department. Responsibilities include designing arrangements, managing stock, training staff, and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce floral arrangements, bouquets, and event pieces to a consistently high standard
- Manage daily flower stock using FIFO rotation and monitor freshness
- Receive and inspect flower deliveries, reject substandard stock
- Maintain shop floor display to be fresh and visually appealing
- Assist customers with selections and handle bespoke orders and event consultations
- Train and supervise junior floral staff
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure orders are prepared and packaged correctly
- Keep chiller, prep area, and tools clean and well organised
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional floristry experience
- At least 1 year in a senior or lead role
- Strong portfolio across different styles (classic, modern, Arabic/oriental, seasonal)
- Experience working in a retail flower shop environment
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred
