Responsibilities
- Lead facility operations and maintenance across residential and commercial assets
- Manage society handover and post handover processes
- Oversee commercial building operations and rental asset operations
- Manage hard and soft services, statutory compliance, and safety
- Handle vendor and contract management
- Oversee financial management and collections coordination
- Manage stakeholder relationships and systems, MIS & reporting
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in facility management, property management, asset operations, or post handover real estate operations
- Experience managing premium residential societies, commercial buildings, or mixed use developments
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, statutory compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and society operations
