About the Role
Golden Opportunities is looking for a Head of Facilities and Administration to provide leadership and direction for global facilities, including planning, resource management, and construction oversight.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to global facilities, including planning, managing resources, and overseeing construction
- Ensure facilities comply with EHS standards and statutory requirements for air, water, and energy
- Drive cost management and optimize facility operations
- Manage quality and compliance of FM services across facilities
- Interface with department leads to ensure service standards are delivered or exceeded
- Ensure seat optimization across facilities and work with RE team for new facilities and exits
- Project manage new constructions, finalizing layouts and budgets
- Work with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams for new construction and facility exits
Requirements
- Engineering Degree (preferably Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)
- Strong background in Electrical and Mechanical systems
- Certifications in maintenance or facilities management are a plus

Role Overview
- Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the entire facilities globally, including planning, managing resources, and overseeing construction.
- Ensuring facilities are compliant to EHS standards and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for Air, water, and Energy.
- Drive cost management.
- Ensure all facility operations are efficiently run and costs optimized.
- Effectively manage the quality and compliance of FM services across the facilities.
