We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have
Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
Experience leading and developing a team
Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods and wastage
Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
Sound understanding of food safety concerns
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
