Lead the Fitness Experience at Everlast Gyms
At Everlast Gyms, we're committed to helping our members achieve more. As Head Coach, you'll be at the heart of that mission, leading the fitness experience within your club and inspiring both members and colleagues to perform at their best.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines fitness expertise, coaching, people development and commercial performance. You'll take ownership of the club's fitness product, lead a team of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers and play a key role in driving member engagement, retention and results.
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness culture that motivates members, develops talent and delivers outstanding business performance.

As Head Coach, you'll be the fitness leader within your club, responsible for maintaining exceptional standards across coaching, programming, member engagement and commercial performance.
You'll lead from the front, delivering outstanding fitness experiences while developing a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations.
