Now Hiring: Head Chef – Central Kitchen & Coffee Shop Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our central kitchen and oversee kitchen operations across our growing network of coffee shops.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines culinary expertise with strong operational and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the central production kitchen
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all coffee shop outlets
- Develop and standardize recipes, menus, and preparation processes
- Manage kitchen teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and manage inventory efficiently
- Collaborate with management on menu innovation and new outlet openings
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef, preferably in multi-unit or café environments
- Strong knowledge of central kitchen operations and systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Solid understanding of food safety and cost control practices
