- Lead and manage all culinary operations across hotel restaurants, banquets, events, and room service
- Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards, guest preferences, and market trends
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service excellence
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Manage food cost, inventory control, procurement, and kitchen budgets
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop culinary team members
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure efficient staffing, scheduling, and productivity management
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high performance kitchen culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of culinary leadership experience
- At least 3 years in an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar senior role within luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
- Degree or professional certification in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and modern culinary techniques
- Proven experience managing large kitchen brigades and banquet operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in food cost and budget management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
