- Set and uphold highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen brigade
- Manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Own kitchen's financial performance, managing food costs and driving efficiencies
- Champion food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in Izakaya and Omakase concepts
- Background in luxury hospitality and high end dining, ideally in luxury hotels
- Formal culinary training from an accredited culinary school with completed apprenticeship
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to lead a fast paced restaurant operation
