We are entering an exciting new chapter and are looking for a visionary culinary leader to helm our kitchen.
**The Role** This is an opportunity for an exceptional Head Chef to take full ownership of our culinary identity — crafting a menu that honors the soul of Italian cuisine while reflecting the cosmopolitan palate of Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the kitchen — from menu conception to final plate
- Design, develop, and refine a seasonal menu that is authentic, creative, and commercially successful
- Lead, recruit, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team at all levels
- Manage all kitchen operations including staffing, stock control, supplier relationships, and budget
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management on concept development, special events, and guest experience
What We'Re Looking For
- Minimum 5–8 years of culinary experience, with at least 2–3 years as Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Deep expertise in Italian cuisine — classical technique is essential, contemporary interpretation is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of building motivated kitchen teams and managing kitchen finances
- Culinary degree or formal training from a recognized institution is preferred
- International or Dubai fine dining experience is highly desirable
- **Position:** Full-time \| Dubai \| Highly competitive salary package
