Requirements & Responsibilities
- Manage overall kitchen operations of the vegetarian restaurant.
- Prepare and supervise high-quality vegetarian dishes.
- Must have strong knowledge of Indian, Arabic, and Italian vegetarian cuisines.
- Preferably Indian nationality with good English communication skills.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle kitchen staff supervision, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
