Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Environmental, or related disciplines) from a recognised university.
• Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent certification in Industrial Safety from accredited institutes such as Certified Lead Auditor (CLI)/Registered Lead Inspector (RLI) or equivalent recognised certifications is highly desirable.
• Formal certification in Sustainability, ESG, or Corporate Social Responsibility from recognised bodies or institutions demonstrating expertise in sustainability frameworks and reporting.
• Additional certifications or training in Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety, and Energy Management will be advantageous.
• Continuous professional development in emerging ESG standards, digital sustainability tools, or advanced safety management will strengthen candidate potential.

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively present complex technical, regulatory, and sustainability information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional projects within fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Analytical mindset with aptitude for data-driven decision making and proficiency with digital tools for sustainability reporting and safety management.
• Ability to travel occasionally within multiple manufacturing locations as required, although the role primarily does not involve frequent travel.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and social accountability.
• Strong knowledge of applicable local, national, and international safety, environmental, and ESG regulations and best practices.
