  • R&D/Engineering for BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) applications – experience in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, certification of BESS solutions
  • Experience in understanding/analysing BESS customer requirements and finalising product specifications to meet performance, quality and cost targets
  • Experience in handling BESS projects in various industry segments/applications – Utility, C&I, Telecom
  • Excellent understanding of cell-to-pack, pack-to-rack/container integration
  • Experience in BMS, cooling systems/HVAC, SCADA and BESS engineering-for-safety (including multiple levels/strategies for system safety)
  • Experience in handling product issues, projects/commissioning, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance
  • Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers
  • Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with customers and suppliers
