Duties

• A high school head baseball coach is responsible for both the on-field strategy and the off-field
• logistics of running a sports program. On the field, they design practices, develop players' skills, and
• make critical tactical decisions during games. Off the field, they handle extensive administrative duties—
• such as managing budgets, scheduling, and equipment—while serving as educators who monitor
• academic eligibility and mentor student-athletes. Ultimately, they balance the drive to win with the
• responsibility of teaching teamwork, discipline, and leadership to young athletes

Salary

• As per district salary schedule
