Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Ensure consistent quality of all drinks and maintain presentation standards
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment
- Monitor coffee extraction, grinder settings, and recipe compliance
- Train, supervise, and support barista team members
- Manage daily opening and closing bar operations
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
