Project Angel is the healthy café Angel Cakes (located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi ) and the online healthy food store Angel Store.
Angel Cakes is all about brunches, signature desserts and drinks made without refined sugar and gluten, as well as a wide variety of vegan dishes and options with superfoods.

What You Will Do
- Develop seasonal menu items and adjust classic ones, calculate cost, nutrition, and pricing;
- Recruit, select, and train staff;
- Manage and maintain the daily operations of the bars: monitor equipment, control write-offs, order tableware and work with ceramic artists, purchase coffee beans;
- Organize new projects: plan bar areas, select equipment and inventory.
- What we value:
- A deep understanding of the Angel Cakes product and concept;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field;
- A creative approach to developing new drinks and designing menus.
