- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the café
- Train, coach, and develop baristas and crew members
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and adherence to café recipes and standards
- Monitor coffee calibration, espresso extraction, and overall beverage quality
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift operations
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock control
- Minimize wastage and ensure cost effective operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Prepare staff schedules and support management in achieving operational goals
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license with car is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Café Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, manual brewing methods, coffee calibration, and milk texturing
- Previous experience supervising and training a café team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of inventory management and café operations

Salary & Benefits
- AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
