Role Description
The Head Baker is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees daily production of breads, pastries, and other baked goods while ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute baking schedules, manage ingredient inventory, and maintain equipment and workspaces to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead and train bakery staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve production targets and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to develop products, adjust recipes, and support menu innovation aligned with the brand concept.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in artisan bread, pastry, and bakery production, including dough preparation, fermentation, baking techniques, and finishing.
- Experience with recipe development, product standardization, portion control, flavor balance, and visual presentation.
