Roles & Responsibilities
- Seeking an experienced Hardware Project Manager to lead development and delivery of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware for grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) . The role involves end-to-end ownership of hardware lifecycle , ensuring timely delivery, system integration, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Project Execution & Delivery
Lead complete lifecycle of BMS hardware projects (concept ? design ? validation ? release)
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
Monitor project KPIs, risks, and ensure on-time delivery
Hardware Development & Technical Coordination
Drive development of: BMS electronics (AFE, MCU, sensing, protection circuits) Communication interfaces (CAN, Ethernet)

Ensure alignment with BESS system architecture (battery, PCS, EMS integration)
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Hardware, Software, Mechanical, V&V
System Requirements & Integration
- Translate system-level requirements into hardware specifications
- Ensure requirement traceability and system-level integration
- Support end-to-end product integration and change management
