The role owns system-level integration across mechanical, electrical, optical, and software elements for micro-LED and optoelectronic technologies.

The position offers potential progression toward Technical Lead or Engineering Manager responsibilities.

Lead integration of mechanical, electrical, and optical hardware subsystems into cohesive, high-performance platforms.
Own integration from early-stage design through validation and deployment, including timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Develop hardware interface standards, integration protocols, and system validation methods.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians and promote best practices.
Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and propose robust, scalable solutions.
Deliver technical reports and integration plans to internal leaders and external partners.
Contribute to technical roadmaps aligned with product goals.
