Leadership and delivery
Lead hardware engineering teams, define strategy and standards, review designs, approve technical approaches, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage technical leadership, engineering delivery, resource planning, risk management, supplier coordination, team development, project schedules, quality, cost, and manufacturability.
Work with embedded systems, firmware, electrical, electronics, systems, software, product, quality, manufacturing, cybersecurity, supply chain, procurement, suppliers, and customer support.

Lead proof-of-concept, engineering-prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, verification, validation, certification, production-release, and field-support activities.
Establish design-review and prototype-validation gates and support hardware reliability practices including environmental, thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, ESD, and power-cycle testing.
Monitor release predictability, first-pass design success, reliability, field failures, manufacturing yield, certification readiness, product cost, component availability, and schedule adherence.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Hardware Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of hardware or electronics engineering experience and at least 3 years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
Strong electronic hardware architecture knowledge and strong digital and analog electronics fundamentals.
Experience with PCB and schematic design, hardware debugging, laboratory work, microcontrollers, processors, SoCs, and/or FPGAs.
Understanding of hardware/firmware integration and experience with hardware verification and validation.
Strong project, delivery, people-management, stakeholder-management, and English communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, KiCad, or equivalent hardware-design tools.
Experience with high-speed PCB design, signal-integrity and power-integrity analysis, RF/wireless hardware, power electronics, FPGA integration, thermal engineering, and hardware security.
Experience with DFM, DFA, DFT, automated hardware testing, Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, EMI/EMC, certification, reliability engineering, FMEA, or fault-tree analysis.
Experience with functional safety, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, component lifecycle management, contract manufacturing, supplier engineering, or product-cost optimization.
Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Work environment
The role is described as a full-time management position in the United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary hardware teams and coordinate with international design centers, manufacturers, suppliers, certification bodies, and technology partners.
Experience in IoT, smart infrastructure, industrial automation, telecommunications, energy, electronics, automotive, robotics, aerospace, medical devices, or other technology-intensive applications is advantageous.
