Responsibilities
Own the product transition process from concept to high-volume manufacturing for optical pluggable modules.
Act as the engineering liaison between Product Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and other relevant teams.
Lead DFM, DFA, PFMEA activities, process qualification, and production ramp-up initiatives.
Support various optical transceiver platforms, including OSFP, OSFP-XD, QSFP-DD etc.
Review GD&T, module housings, thermal lids, heat spreaders, and other critical components from assembly and cost effectiveness perspective
Create process flows, work instructions, and assembly procedures for efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
3+ years of engineering experience, with a strong background in mechanical product design.
Proficiency in Creo Parametric, GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
