Role Overview

Compensation

• Monthly salary is AED 4,000–AED 5,000, depending on experience and technical capability.

IT and ICT Support

• Provide day-to-day IT and ICT support to group companies.
• Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and related infrastructure.
• Support LAN/WAN, switches, routers, access points, structured cabling, and basic network security.
• Configure and maintain IT equipment and user devices.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and technology vendors.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.

Presales and System Integration

• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable IT and ICT solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, equipment selections, solution designs, network diagrams, and system architecture.
• Assist sales teams with technical presentations and customer meetings.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports.
• Select products, brands, and technologies based on project requirements.
• Evaluate distributor and vendor quotations.
• Support commercial and technical tender submissions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities when required.

AMC Customer Site Support

• Support AMC customers and contracted sites through preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
• Troubleshoot IT, ICT, and network-related issues and perform health checks.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and issue logs.
• Coordinate issue resolution with customers and internal teams within agreed timelines.
• Identify upgrade, replacement, and additional-solution opportunities at AMC sites.

Project Implementation

• Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IT and ICT systems.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, main contractors, and vendors.
• Support system integration and interoperability between different technologies.
• Perform implementation testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare as-built and handover documents when required.
• Ensure installations comply with approved specifications and project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, computer engineering, electronics, networking, or a related field is requested.
• The role requests 2–5 years of experience in IT, ICT, system integration, or ELV/ICT projects.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, Fortinet, Huawei, Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent are advantageous.

Technical and Personal Skills

• Required technical knowledge includes networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, virtualization, cybersecurity, IT asset management, and documentation.
• Presales capabilities include BOQ preparation, product comparison, technical compliance, vendor coordination, proposals, site surveys, and basic design.
• The role requires troubleshooting, analytical, communication, interpersonal, customer-focused, documentation, and reporting skills.
• The candidate should work independently and in teams, manage multiple priorities, learn new technologies, and meet project or tender deadlines.

Work Location and Travel

• Work location is in person in the UAE.
• The role includes travel to customer and AMC sites within the UAE, with 100% travel listed as preferred.
