- Coordinate unit handover appointments with clients
- Conduct unit inspections and support snagging and de snagging processes
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor unit readiness and handover progress
- Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Construction departments to resolve handover related matters
- Assist clients throughout the handover journey and respond to their inquiries
- Prepare and maintain handover documentation and records
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, handover, property management, or real estate
- Fluent in Arabic and Professional English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable conducting site visits and coordinating with engineering and construction teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
