The role

  • The Digital Support Specialist plays a key role in navigating the way for digital workplace transformation and working collaboratively with other technology teams to achieve practical solutions that support our digital strategy.
  • Working closely with the Business Systems Analyst (Lead), you will manage the day to day running and functionality of the AIL service desk, and will work as part of an agile team, providing level one service desk support and continuous improvement across Azure, Office 365, SharePoint and other allie

About you

  • We’re looking for a digital superstar who is either starting out in their IT career as a recent graduate or has been working in the industry for 1 to 2 years.
  • You will have experience or exposure to supporting SharePoint, Teams, Office 365 and other Microsoft applications, and a passion for all things Microsoft.
  • As part of this role, you’ll be on a solid learning curve with a load of variety – you’ll have the opportunity to create Power Platform solutions, and will get involved in application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom v
  • In addition, a relevant industry qualification or equivalent experience would be highly beneficial, as would the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and innovation.
  • Whilst relevant Service Desk experience is a bonus, we have a formal training programme with Microsoft that will see you develop all the skills you need.
