- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and salon standards
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Hair Stylist or Junior Hair Stylist
- Strong skills in hair cutting, styling, blow dry, coloring, and treatments
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Customer focused attitude and ability to work in a team
- Previous UAE or GCC salon experience is an advantage

Job Overview
- A Team Group is hiring Hair Stylists for multiple salon locations across the UAE.
- The position is open for both Junior Hair Stylists and Experienced Hair Stylists.
Salary
- Junior Hair Stylist: AED 3,200 – 4,200 all inclusive + commissions
- Experienced Hair Stylist: AED 5,500 – 8,000 all inclusive + commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for clients
