Responsibilities
- Greet clients and perform consultations to establish client's requirements
- Execute all cutting, coloring, styling and finishing to high standards
- Recommend appropriate homecare products during each service session
- Maintain detailed clients' service history by recording products used
- Learn and perfect new styles and techniques
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
- Attend events outside of the brand to promote the brand externally
- Achieve service and product revenue targets on daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis
- Assist in maintaining adequate inventory level and assist in product ordering process
- Take proper care of tools and equipment
- Adhere to standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by Salon and Municipality
Requirements
- Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon
- Expert in Ombre and Balayage
- Well experienced in hair coloring, highlights, hairstyling, hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen) and haircut
- Hands on experience with various coloring techniques
- Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing
- Creativity to design and interpret hairstyles
- Excellent communication, social and customer service skills
- High energy and flexible, friendly and approachable
- Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends
- English required; Arabic preferred

Objective
- The Hairdresser represents the Salon’s style, mission and philosophy and is always on the lookout for new trends, products and services.
- Should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about fashion, music, art, new products, and hair.
- Committed to deliver set revenue targets and perform professional hair services to satisfy guests.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed clients’ SERVICE HISTORY by recording products used.
- Learn and perfect new styles and techniques.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.

Minimum Work Experience Required
- Training Certification with Loreal or Kerastase is an advantage.
- Must be expert in Ombre and Balayage.
- Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon.
- High energy and flexible, friendly and approachable to clients and staff.
- To attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brand.
- To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.
- Well experienced in hair coloring, highlights, hairstyling, hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen) and haircut.

- Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing.
- Must have the creativity to design and interpret hairstyles.
