Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Hairdresser to provide a wide range of hair services to our clients.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hair styling, customer service, and staying up to date with the latest beauty trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and treatments for clients
- Provide hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, and full color
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery
- Promote and upsell salon products and services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or similar role
- Relevant certification or cosmetology license (as required by local regulations)
- Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, products, and styling tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
