About The Role
Hairaholic Hair Spa is looking for a talented and experienced Hair Stylist who is passionate about luxury beauty experiences, hair health, styling, and customer care.
We are seeking someone with strong technical skills, creativity, professionalism, and the ability to deliver high-end service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair styling, cutting, blow dries, and finishing services
- Provide hair consultations based on client hair condition and desired results
- Recommend suitable haircare products and treatments
- Maintain excellent customer service and client relationships
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Assist clients with aftercare recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, styling techniques, and treatments
- Work closely with the spa team to maintain a luxury customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong experience in:
- Hair styling
- Blow dries
- Hair cutting
- Hair treatments
- Hair consultations
- Luxury salon/spa customer service
- Knowledge of scalp health and haircare is an advantage
- Experience with luxury or high-end salons/spas preferred
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
