Overview
We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Hair Stylist to provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
The ideal candidate is creative, up-to-date with current trends, and committed to delivering excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and hair needs
- Perform hair cutting, trimming, and styling services
- Apply hair coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, and full color
- Recommend hairstyles and treatments based on face shape and hair condition
- Provide hair care advice and recommend retail products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Manage appointments and maintain client records
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license (as required by local regulations)
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Knowledge of a wide range of hair services and techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced coloring techniques (e.g., balayage, ombré)
- Familiarity with different hair types and textures
- Portfolio of previous work
- Additional certifications in hair treatments or styling

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
