H&R Agri-Power Trainee Program

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Associates.

Trainees will work and train in each of our departments-Parts, Sales, and Service-to learn company operations.

After training is completed, the Trainee will fill an open position within one of our 21 H&R Agri-Power locations.

Candidates must possess good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others.

A background in agriculture is preferred, but not required.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
