Role Overview
Supervise gypsum, ceiling, and partition works at project sites.
The role covers gypsum board partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads, and related fit-out finishing works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise gypsum board partitions, false ceilings, and bulkhead works.
- Coordinate daily activities with gypsum workers and other trades.
- Ensure installations follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Check levels, alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Coordinate material requirements and manpower at the site.
- Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates.
- Identify and resolve gypsum-related site issues.
- Coordinate with MEP and other services.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant experience in gypsum or fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, ceilings, and related finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and understand site details.
- UAE fit-out experience is preferred.
- Good manpower and site coordination skills.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
