Requirements
- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Gynecology
- Demonstrated proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery
- Solid experience in Obstetrics
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA licensure as a Specialist Gynecologist in Dubai
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed specialty training/residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Commitment to evidence based practice, patient safety, and ethical standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced clinical environment and use electronic medical record systems
- Fluency in English & Malayalam

Role Description
- The Gynecologist DHA role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- The gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow up for a wide range of women’s health conditions.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, performing and assisting with gynecologic surgeries, managing obstetric cases, interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, adhering to DHA regulations and clinical guidelines, counseling patients on preventive care and reproductive health, and participating in quality and safety initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Gynecology, with the ability to manage diverse women’s health conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery, including performing common procedures and managing pre and post operative care.
- Solid experience in Obstetrics, including antenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow up.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA licensure as a Specialist Gynecologist in Dubai.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed specialty training/residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology; board certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Commitment to evidence based practice, patient safety, and ethical standards, with excellent clinical judgment and decision making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients from diverse backgrounds and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced clinical environment, maintain accurate documentation, and use electronic medical record systems.
- Fluency in English & Malayalam; additional language skills such as Tamil, Hindi are beneficial.
