Responsibilities
- Plan and lead gymnastics sessions for different age groups and skill levels
- Track attendance, participation, and athlete progress
- Implement approved coaching methods and training guidelines
- Ensure equipment is set up correctly and maintain a safe training environment
- Arrive 30 minutes before classes to prepare
- Comply with safeguarding and child welfare policies
- Provide guidance to assistant and support coaches
- Build relationships with athletes and families to support retention
- Communicate with parents regarding athlete development and activities
- Assist with planning and delivery of competitions and events
- Collaborate with school based programs and community initiatives
- Report to Academy Manager
Requirements
- Minimum British Gymnastics Level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience
- Valid driving license
- Safeguarding certification
- Current First Aid qualification
- Valid Police Clearance certificate
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Fluent in English
- Iqama (Required)

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum British Gymnastics Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience.
- Valid driving license.
- Safeguarding certification.
- Current First Aid qualification.
- Valid Police Clearance certificate.
Core Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience coaching athletes from beginner through competitive levels.
- Ability to mentor and support junior coaching staff.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative reporting.
