Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized exercise recommendations for guests and members
- Lead gym floor activities, ensuring guests exercise safely and effectively
- Deliver personal training sessions and group fitness classes as scheduled
- Develop and facilitate wellness initiatives, including stretching sessions, mindfulness activities, and occasional yoga and wellness programs
- Promote a holistic approach to health and well being through guest engagement and wellness guidance
- Ensure the fitness center and wellness facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Actively engage with guests to create memorable and personalized wellness experiences
- Collaborate with Spa, Recreation, and Guest Experience teams to support wellness events and seasonal programs
Requirements
- Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, Sports Science, Yoga, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, wellness resort, fitness club, or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of fitness training principles, exercise techniques, and wellness practices
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
