Job Summary
We are looking for a **friendly, professional, and well-presented Female Arab Gym Receptionist** to join our fitness center team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth front desk operations, and a welcoming gym environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle front desk operations including check-in and membership registration
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Manage membership renewals, payments, and billing support
- Maintain and update member records and database
- Schedule appointments, personal training sessions, and class bookings
- Assist in promoting gym memberships and ongoing offers
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with trainers and management for daily operations
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- Female Arab nationality
- Previous experience as a receptionist in Gym.
- Excellent communication skills in **Arabic and English**
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems, POS systems)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fitness industry or gym environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of membership software or CRM systems
- Sales experience in memberships or services is a plus
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
