Role Overview
The Gym Membership Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Infinity Fitness Club in Ajman Emirate.
The role welcomes members, conducts gym tours, explains membership options, and guides individuals toward suitable plans.
Membership and Customer Service
- Manage membership inquiries, follow up on leads, complete enrollments, and maintain accurate member and payment records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer member questions, and support retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with instructors and management to promote programs and events.
Administrative and Outreach Duties
- Perform basic administrative duties, including record keeping, data entry, and managing schedules or appointments.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to increase membership and engagement.
- Work on-site full time, including evenings or weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clear communication to diverse members.
- Sales and consultative skills, including presenting membership options, handling objections, and achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills.
- General understanding of fitness, gym services, or wellness programs.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Comfort using computers and common office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a gym, hospitality, or customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Experience with membership management or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Further education in business, sports management, or a related field is an asset.
