- Wipe down fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris
- Maintain supply of cups and water in recreation area
- Clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers
- Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures
- Distribute lockers and towels to guests
- Conduct inventory of supplies and inform supervisor of low items
- Provide information to guests about recreation facilities and activities
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Promote rules and regulations for safety of guests and members
- Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- No related work experience required

Position Summary
- Maintain fitness center cleanliness and supplies.
- Assist guests and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
Daily Duties
- Wipe down machines and remove towels, trash, debris.
- Maintain water and cup supply in recreation area.
- Clean restrooms and showers in fitness/recreation area.
- Obtain, fold, and stack towels per procedures.
- Distribute lockers and towels to guests.
- Conduct inventory and report low supplies.
- Provide information about recreation facilities and activities.
- Promote fun and relaxing atmosphere.
- Enforce rules and regulations for safety.
- Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Fitness Equipment certification or training as required by local agencies.
Additional Expectations
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards.
- Speak clearly and answer telephones appropriately.
- Develop positive working relationships.
- Comply with quality assurance standards.
- Visually inspect tools and equipment.
- Stand, sit, or walk for entire shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Move over uneven surfaces and reach overhead.
