Job Summary
The employer is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician with GCC experience.
The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing smartphones and supporting customers with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphone hardware and basic software issues.
- Perform screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and related servicing.
- Assist customers with technical issues and solutions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace cleanliness.
- Manage spare parts and inventory.
- Ensure timely, quality service delivery and support the sales team when required.
Requirements
- GCC mobile technician experience is required, with GCC experience also identified as a preferred criterion in the opening details.
- At least one year of mobile hardware repair experience is required.
- Experience with display replacement and basic servicing is required.
- Good knowledge of smartphone components and troubleshooting is required.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,300 per month.
