Guidewire Developer - PC & CC

Extensive hands‑on experience with the Guidewire Insurance Suite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter

Strong expertise in the Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework and system integrations

Proficiency in Gosu programming and PCF (Page Configuration Framework) development

Advanced SQL skills for database management, data integrity, and performance optimization

Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain, including workflows, processes, and regulatory considerations

Guidewire Certified Specialist certification

SQL certification

Property & Casualty Insurance certification

Proven experience leading architecture decisions and resolving complex technical issues

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between 88,000 - 140,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
