Role Overview
This is a guest-facing role at Miral Experiences leisure facilities.
The position helps guests enter facilities with ease and provides exceptional guest care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, listen to their requests, and provide information about rides, shows, attractions, facilities, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Sell tickets and products through a computerized POS system and handle approved payment methods and currencies.
- Balance cash drawers and registers, remit sales, and follow cash-handling policies.
- Manage queues, turnstiles, guest services operational areas, and valid ticket or pass checks.
- Upsell and cross-sell products, activities, and services.
- Resolve guest concerns under the guest complaint policy.
- Manage the lost-and-found counter and conduct guest surveys using a company tablet.
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher secondary education or equivalent.
- At least one year of operational experience in a guest or customer service setting.
- English proficiency in spoken and written communication and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability and willingness to entertain and engage guests, with flexibility, respect, and integrity.
- Theme park or water park experience is desirable.
- Cash handling experience is desirable.
- Arabic, Russian, or Chinese proficiency is desirable.
