Guest Services Associates provide welcoming, professional service at Miral Experiences leisure facilities.
The role supports seamless guest entry and provides information about shows, attractions, facilities, promotions, and pricing.
The position contributes to revenue, safety, and operational efficiency across guest services areas.
Guest Engagement
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally while considering their unique needs.
Ticketing and Cash Services
- Process ticket and product sales through a computerized POS system.
- Accept cash, vouchers, and foreign currencies accurately.
- Balance and reconcile registers and remit sales according to company policy.
Guest Education and Sales
- Explain promotions, pricing, shows, and attractions clearly and enthusiastically.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to create additional revenue opportunities.
