Dealing with guest enquiries and restaurant bookings

Being on hand to answer questions and help guests make the most of their time with us

Working closely with the wider Guest Services, restaurant and hotel teams to make sure everything runs smoothly

A warm, friendly and welcoming personality

Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or customer service is helpful, but we’re more interested in your attitude and approach

Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with guests

Someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and making them feel welcome

A calm, helpful and positive approach, even when things get busy

A hands-on team player who is happy to get stuck in wherever needed

A genuine interest in great food, drink and hospitality
