About the Role

  • We are looking for colleagues who can perpetuate a culture of modern design and exceptional service.
  • As Guest Service Officer – Communications Centre, you will create a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Responsible for answering high volume of incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Must have good typing skills, pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor.
  • Proactively resolve service related concerns and provide appropriate follow up.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and ability to connect.
  • International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability.
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent English.
