Hotel and Role Overview
The Cura Kensington is a 132-bedroom lifestyle hotel in West London with a restaurant and bar.
The Guest Service Associate supports both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations throughout the guest journey.
The role requires flexibility, a hands-on approach, and collaborative working.
Front Office and Guest Service
- Welcome guests professionally and create a positive first impression.
- Complete check-in and check-out, reservations, room allocations, billing, and guest profile updates using Opera PMS or similar systems.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests throughout the stay.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions.
Food and Beverage Support
- Support restaurant and bar operations, including seating arrangements and service flow.
- Assist with basic food and beverage service when required.
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards across reception, lobby, restaurant, and bar areas.
