Process guest accounts from check-in through check-out using computerized Front Office systems.
Post food, beverage, and supplementary charges accurately.
Receive payments by cash, cheque, credit card, or account according to company credit policy.
Administer front desk clerical systems and procedures.
Provide currency exchange services and balance the day's business at the end of each shift.
Operate the PBX and VICAs systems, handle calls and messages, and perform wake-up call services.
Provide information about hotel and local services and promote hotel outlets and special events.
Welcome guests professionally, confirm expected accommodation, and provide personal service from arrival to departure.
Handle guest queries and complaints politely, efficiently, and sensitively.
Maintain reception organization, complete checklists, and perform administrative tasks.
Take telephone reservations when the reservations team is unavailable.
Coordinate with related departments and maintain guest profile information to support smooth service delivery.

Permanent position based in Abu Dhabi.
