Role Overview
Deliver welcoming, seamless hotel guest experiences as a Guest Service Agent.
Support guest arrivals, departures, inquiries, requests, concerns, and communications.
Typical Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests and complete check-in by verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process check-out by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and using the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Explain hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information to answer guest inquiries.
- Recommend hotel amenities through upselling techniques to maximize room and service revenue.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency while managing messages and communications.
