Job Description
- Welcome and support guests, visitors, and staff with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Manage incoming and outbound communications using a multi-line phone system.
- Share information about services, promotions, rates, and facility policies.
- Coordinate guest appointments and inquiries with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, message logging, and administrative support.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or communication role within hospitality or a similar customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Comfort with computer systems, including experience with or willingness to quickly learn Opera System.
- Passion for outstanding customer service, with a positive and collaborative outlook.
