The Guest Service Agent / Associate delivers welcoming, memorable experiences throughout the guest stay.
The role supports seamless check-in and check-out while providing warm, attentive hospitality.
Typical responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process departures, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts, and use the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Provide knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information.
- Promote hotel amenities through upselling techniques to maximize room and service revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications.
