About the Role
AL Wessil Holding is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, supervise guards, and ensure safety in Doha. The role requires experience in security supervision, CCTV monitoring, and access control.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure proper coverage and discipline
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and overall surveillance operations
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are strictly followed
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and investigations, and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with management and external authorities when required
- Train and guide security staff on duties, safety practices, and emergency response
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and duty rosters
- Inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Control access to premises and verify visitors, employees, and contractors
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems (CCTV), and access control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good observation, communication, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and monitoring systems

Job Summary

Compensation
- Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month.
